The most striking aspect of the City of Arabia is the 34 Elite Towers which dominate the Mall of Arabia, the Restless Planet theme-park, the Wadi Walk Apartments and the waterways. Thirty four towers will grace the skyline on the south side of Emirates Road, near the Global Village, and form the heart of a new suburb of Dubai, known as Dubailand.

Each of the towers is being developed by investors working with the City of Arabia’s main developers, the Ilyas and Mustafa Galadari Group. There will be four 60-storey towers for commercial use, such as offices and serviced apartments, with one containing a hotel; twenty 45-storey towers for mixed residential and commercial use (with a maximum of 240 apartments); and ten 30-storey residential towers (with a maximum of 200 apartments). Each tower will have three floors of car parking in the podium at ground level.
